ACWORTH, Ga. - Investigators are searching for clues to what may have driven a mother to kill her own child, and then herself in Acworth.
Sunday, investigators discovered the bodies of Dianne Hutchenson, 64, and her son, Shawn Hutchenson, 42, while putting out flames at a home on North Bend Way.
Police believe the mother shot her son, then set the house on fire, before ending her own life.
Neighbors say they are in shock and say the Hutchenson's were normal neighbors.
